Before going to North Cyprus we looked on the internet for somewhere to buy, we saw cyprus island homes web page and liked what we saw. Tugca the agent came and met us at our hotel and we were taken around a number of different properties, one of the best things about Tugca was that she never pressured us to buy one of her properties, we could go away and have as much time as we liked to think about it. The villas that we saw were of a very high quality,and the views were spectacular, every one we saw we could of brought and the prices were very good, you could not of brought the same size property for the price in any other country. We did buy a three bedroom two bathroom villa on a brand new complex quite a way from Kyrenia but with a car it takes about twenty minutes. When it came to signing paperwork with the lawyer Tugca was there with us in case we didn't understand anything. The lawyer that we had was excellent he had the paperwork all ready for us when Tugca took us to meet him, he was very friendly and helpful and told us to get in touch with him at any time if we had any queries.Even now we are home Tugca still lets us know how things are going with our house, she has sent us photos, and she also lets us know when the builders have received any of our payments which puts our minds at rest. from Kay and Keith Elvins Alvechurch Birmingham

When my wife and I first came out to the TRNC, we made appointments with several agents to get an overall picture of what was on offer. One or two gave a good account of themselves, but we felt that Cyprus Island Homes were the most helpful and Tugca came across as honest and was very thorough. She listened to what we wanted and then patiently showed us many sites / locations to choose from until we found our "dream" spot. On our return, we contacted Tugca to confirm our desire to purchase and from that moment we have received many E-Mails and phone calls keeping us informed on progress and giving us advice on our build. On the occasions that we have come out to the TRNC since, Tugca has always made herself available to us and made us feel special. When we keep changing our minds on design features, etc. she just says "no problem" and gets on with the changes. As we get nearer to completion we are looking forward to our next visit and this time we will buy lunch.

Two years ago, February 2004, we landed in North Cyprus to a heavy snow storm. This did not deter Tugca from collecting us from our hotel as arranged and spending the next day showing us various properties in the Kyrenia area. During the afternoon she showed us a site where our dream home would eventually be built. Prior to us purchasing the property Tugca explained everything we needed to know about buying a property in the TRNC. Her help and support continued during the building stage. I decided to purchase a holiday home in Northen Cyprus after a number of visits to my Aunt and Uncle who relocated to Cyprus two years ago. I was looking for a property that was situated in close proximity to their home in Alsancak. I visited a number of new developments and real estate agents in a variety of different areas to help me understand what i could afford. My aunt and uncle and my aunt's parents had both purchased properties through Tugca and highly recommended Cyprus Island homes. In the end my holiday home has been a real one off and unique project for Tugca. Understanding that i wished to purchase in Alsancak and that i was interested in designing my own property from scratch, Tugca did some research on land for sale locally and as a result i purchased some land very close to my aunt and uncle. In terms of the design for the house i had very firm ideas on what i wanted and Tugca was happy to let me take the lead here. She has managed many projects like this before and her experience has been invaluable all the way through the design and build. She is always on hand to assist with issues and suggestions right the way through the process not just at the begining when contracts are being signed. As a result, my holiday home is progressing really well, the schedule is on time and in line with budget and i will be truly getting the holiday home of my dreams.
