The re-sale market in North Cyprus is still in its infant stages and the demand for re sale property is far greater than the supply. Re-sale properties are very rare and extremely hard to come by. There are prospective buyers that have maybe sold their property at home, are looking to move almost instantly, and not have to rent or wait for their new property to be constructed.
Properties can be re sold before the title deeds are transferred into the investors name creating a short-term investment that provides fast cash.
Another way of increasing return on your investment is to improve the property before selling. This is achievable by adding extras to the standard build such as air conditioning units, central heating, double-glazing or installing a private swimming pool.
